City of Torrance Recognizes Barrister Chairman

Vince OtteBarrister Chairman Vince Otte has received his share of accolades throughout his illustrious career.

This time around, Mr. Otte received recognition for his contributions to the City of Torrance as a business owner, and for Barrister’s renewed lease in the South Bay Tower at 21250 Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 500 and 700.

Mr. Otte was formally presented with a “Certificate of Recognition” from Mayor Frank Scotto at a recent open house event held at the suite.

The Torrance Mayor praised Barrister for its role in providing jobs within the community and its instrumental role in accommodating the needs of start-up businesses.

Encino Executive Suite Continues to Serve Professional Community

The Encino office, located on the 7th floor of the Wells Fargo Bank building, has been in the company’s portfolio for approximately 35 years and will continue to serve business professionals in their office needs for years to come.

The Encino executive suite boasts some of the company’s most loyal tenants, including attorneys Gary Weyman and Frank Blundo, who have been with Barrister Executive Suites, Inc. since the building was first opened. Many other members of the law community, as well as the financial and real estate sectors have all found a home at the Encino office.

Suite Manager Sharon Northrup said she looks forward to welcoming new clients into the Barrister family and helping their businesses grow and thrive.

Barrister Web-Broker Contest Winner Announced

ShannonBarrister Executive Suites, Inc. congratulates Shannon Sanguinetti of Instant Offices for winning the Web-Broker Contest held in December. Sanguinetti won both 1st Place for having the highest total lease value, and 2nd Place for the highest rent amount in a single deal. Her total combined prize was $750.00
